Welcome to You — an experience tantalisingly indulgent and tranquil. You Day Spa is an oasis in the heart of Melbourne, twelve floors above the Paris end of Collins Street. Our warm environment is tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, whether you are a busy city worker in need of regular beauty maintenance or an impromptu booking for spontaneous relaxation and pampering.
All of our treatments are designed for both males and females. Our spa incorporates wet and dry therapies, steam rooms, nail, make-up, retail and relaxation space — and our gift shop carries Pevonia, Glymed, Youngblood and Skandinavisk, among others.

Step out of the lift and choose a door. Every room on Level 12 is its own escape.
Black-slatted walls, ghost chairs, sheer curtains over the skyline — the spa was built next door to the Sofitel with more rooms, more privacy and its own steam rooms.
The curved slatted counter, fresh roses and the hanging egg chair greet you off the lift.

In addition to our exclusive treatment areas, You Day Spa offers an in-house board of clinical specialists — a depth few day spas can match.
Our story began in 1977, when a fifteen-year-old Helen Cantone started work experience at 'Nails 'N' Lashes' inside the famous Southern Cross Hotel. Two years later she bought the salon. In 1999 she opened You Day Spa at the Sofitel — the second day spa in Melbourne — before building the larger spa next door at Level 12, 15 Collins Street.
The success of the business has been built on passion, dedication and hard work — and above all on loyalty from clients, some of whom have been coming for 40 years.
