You can organise gift vouchers in person or by telephone on 0488 968 355 — or purchase a gift card online through our store. Gift cards can be delivered electronically via email or physically via mail.
Good to know
Vouchers can be redeemed through our spa for treatments and products, and can be exchanged for any treatment to the same value — or upgraded to a different treatment by paying the difference.
Vouchers purchased from April 1, 2018 have a 3 year expiration date from the date of purchase. If your voucher has expired, please contact us.
Gift vouchers are treated like cash, so please keep them in a safe place. If you have lost a voucher, contact us with the receipt or proof of purchase and we will endeavour to solve the issue.
